COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- We can't seem to shake this summer-like pattern. We saw yet another day of mid-80s with pop-up storms in the evening. If you were hoping for cooler temperatures, you aren't going to like this 7-Day Forecast.
Sunday: To end your weekend, we are getting ready to warm back into the upper 80s under mostly clear skies. Some areas across Barbour, Clay, and Quitman counties may see fog tonight, but most will remain clear. Stray storms will be in the forecast yet again tomorrow.
Monday: Stray showers and storms remain possible for the start of the week. The change: a weak front will bring highs into the lower-80s.
Midweek: Tuesday and Wednesday of next week are set to be 'drier'. However, there is still a small chance of sporadic showers in the afternoon. Highs will sit in the upper 80s, and lows in the mid-60s.
End of the Week: Rain chances will increase as another front enters the area Thursday evening. Isolated showers and storms will be possible late Thursday through Friday.
