Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez have started living together even before the pandemic.
But it was only during the quarantine that they experienced running their household without a househelp.
The Kapuso actress happily 'practiced being a housewife,' and found cooking enjoyable and laundry "very easy."
She complained a bit about cleaning and mopping the floor because of the dogs' wiwi.

During the virtual conference for Love Of My Life last December 22, Carla admitted, "...cleaning after the dogs siguro yung exhausting kasi hindi mo naman mako-control yung bladder nila."
Another discovery of Carla is that Tom has skills she never knew before.
The 34-year-old actress said, "Kasi during the pandemic, if you have a house, maintenance is always an issue.
"So wala naman tayo matatawag na construction worker, plumber, electrician...
"But si Tom, ang galing, all-around talaga! Promise!"
She added it was a bonus that Tom actually enjoyed fixing stuff at home.
"He was able to fix electrical work. Our plumbing, twice na tinopak ang aming water pump, nagawa ni Tom!
"He was resourceful enough to use whatever we have at home to build, like, a contrapment or whatever.
"Ang galing na kaya niya talaga whether it's electrical, plumbing,or sa construction. Na-discover ko yun kay Tom."
Having gone through all that, the couple has since been getting help and resting easy.
Carla explained: "Thankfully, eventually, nakabalik na yung aming kasambahay so mas nakakapag-relax na kami together.
"But, yeah, it was difficult for us because we had a lot of household chores to do and work on the side.
"We still had to record videos, take lots of photos... We had lots of online meetings.
"But at least tapos na. Napagdaanan na. Okay we can do this na. May system na kami."
