Fresh blooms have always been the go-to gift on Valentine's Day. But many, including Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan, have opted for unique bouquets to give their special one.
On Valentine's Day, February 14, 2021, Mega Star Sharon Cuneta revealed that Sen. Kiko, her husband, surprised her with a vegetable bouquet that includes cauliflower, siling pangsigang, calamansi, kamias, and puso ng saging.
In the caption of her post, Sharon wrote, "Eto na naman ang neighbor kong asawa ko. Balentayms gip niya gulay! At basahin nyo please ang sinulat. Hahahaha! Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! I love you guys. God bless us all! [emoji]"
Sharon also uploaded a photo of her husband's letter for her explaining the meaning behind every vegetable he included on the bouquet.
Sen. Kiko wrote to his wife, "To my dearest sweetheart, Sharon...
"Cauliflower. Kakaibang bulaklak for sure. Mabubusog ka sa forever na pag-ibig.
"Siling Pangsigang dahil umuusok pa rin sa anghang ang atin pag-ibig. After all these years, pag-ibig sa isa't isa at sa pamilya.
"Calamansi at Kamias dahil may asim sarap pa ang ating pagmamahalan.
"Puso ng saging dahil ang puso ko belongs to you only and no other!!!
"Happy funny Valentine's, Sweetheart. I love you!"

In a separate Instagram post, Sharon said her husband also got her fresh flowers on Valentine's Day.
The Kapamilya actress/host wrote, "Pero siempre naman may magagandang bulaklak din na bigay ang asawa ko sa akin. Nakakaloka lang ang sinulat na naman sa card!!! Hahaha! [emoji]"

Sharon has been married to Sen. Kiko for 24 years, since 1996. The couple has three children: Frankie, 20, Miel, 16, and Miguel, 11.
