She doesn't mind the long wait so long as "super tibay at magaling ang pagkakagawa at pulido."

The house owner adds: "Kakayanin daw ng bahay namin kahit lindol na intensity 9-10."

Sharon did not forget giving a shout-out to the people who are involved in the construction.

"Galing my workers. Everyone just works and works and in such an organized manner! Galing my contractor, Onet Limchoc of @limchoc.construction and siempre my architect @conrad_onglao ! Praying all goes well til the end."

SHARON CUNETA'S FORMER VACATION HOME

The first time the actress/ host/ singer mentioned her family's "forever home" was on July 3, 2020.

Located in Ayala Westgrove Heights, a residential development by Ayala Land  in Silang, Cavite, and adjacent to Santa Rosa, Laguna, it used to be their vacation home.

She showed 1/6 of the blueprints, and stated that she's building the house for her "babies"—KC, Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.

Part of her long caption read: "When the original house was demolished, it took with it all their memories.

“It has taken us years to start rebuilding the new one because I got into debt of hundreds of millions. Now am okay. I pray that we are able to complete this before they all grow up, get married and move out!

“May it be a blessed, happy home. Less house, more home. It was originally going to have 3,500sqm of floor area. Not anymore!!! Thank You, Lord for giving us another chance to give our children this home. We praise and glorify you everyday!”
