Bitbit ang Letter of Authority (LOA) inisyu ni BOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, nagsagawa ng inspeksiyon ang mga tauhan ng CIIS-Intellectual Property Rights Division (IPRD), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) sa isang bodega nasa # 2 E. San Andres St., cor. T. Santiago St., Canumay West, Valenzuela City.
Bumulaga sa grupo ang mga ukay-ukay, power banks, face masks, wearing apparels na may brand name na Gucci, Chanel, Fendi, at Louis Vuitton, pipe fittings, carpet rolls, refrigerant 22, caustic soda flakes, Lushika ( jewelry box at relo), at iba pang produkto.
Patuloy naman ang imbestigasyon para matukoy kung sino ang sasampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Section 1114 ng RA 10863, kilala bilanh Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) at Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. (Juliet de Loza-Cudia)
