COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Heavy police presence was spotted on Manchester Expressway and 17th Ave. in Columbus on Sunday night.
The Georgia State Patrol and Columbus Police Department responded to the scene. The intersection was temporarily blocked off by officers as three vehicles were being towed.
