COLUMBUS (WRBL) - The Chattahoochee Valley Sports Hall of Fame recognizes the standouts among coaches, players, and any that have given their time to athletics in the tri-city area. This year, the Hall of Fame welcomes five new members.
The five inductees: the founder of the Steeplechase at Callaway Gardens, Mason Lampton. Spencer high state champion and NFL alum "Monk" Johnson. Former Alabama State Basketball champion "Mac" Chambers. New Georgia State head coach Dell McGee and current Glenwood coach Dusty Perdue.
