AMERICUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A Children's Health Fair is set to kick off in Americus on Saturday, Aug. 3.
Phoebe Sumter is hosting the fair at the Columns Building in Boone Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Organizers say there will be free health screenings for children ages five to 17, fun activities, and healthy lunch for attendees.
There will also be free back-to-school supplies as well as fruit and vegetable boxes while supplies last, according to organizers. Adult supervision is required.
