COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- A great start to the weekend, with morning lows dropping into the 60s this morning. Those cooler afternoon temperatures will hang around through the weekend. Plus, breezy conditions will linger through Monday.
The stalled out front to our south will begin to bring more humidity to the forecast by Monday afternoon. Temperatures will slowly warm back into the upper 90s by Tuesday.
By mid week, expect several areas to hit triple digits each afternoon. These conditions will linger through next weekend until a cold front moves into the southeast.
This cold front will bring our next chance for measurable rainfall to the First Alert Forecast. Showers and storms will be possible starting Thursday afternoon and will continue through the weekend.
