COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — MercyMed of Columbus invites the community to attend its second annual Collards Cookoff.
It is scheduled to be held on Oct. 25 at the MercyMed Farm, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The organization says contestants will use collard greens from the farm to serve their own twist of collards. Vendors, food trucks and live music will be included at the farm.
The event is free to the public. There is a $5 donation to the farm to be a part of the collards tasting.
