Inaprubahan ni Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III ang hirit ng Blue Ribbon Committee na mabigyan ng 12 oras si dating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office Assistant Engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez na makalabas ng Senado ngayong araw, Setyembre 20.
Layon ng komite na makuha ni Hernandez ang mga dokumento at ebidensiya na magpapalakas at magpatotoo sa kanyang mga akusasyong binitawan sa mga pagdinig ng Blue Ribbon.
Pero tiniyak ni Sotto na mananatili sa pagbabantay at kustodiya ng Senate Sergeant-at-Arms si Hernandez habang nasa labas ito ng Senado.
Lalabas si Hernandez sa Senado ng alas-sais ng umaga at dapat nakabalik na siya ng alas-sais ng gabi.
Tiniyak naman ni Sotto na lahat ng ebidensiya na makukuha ni Hernandez ay bibigyan din ng kopya ang Independent Commission for Infrastructure, Office of the Ombudsman, at Department of Justice. (Dexter Ganibe)
