- Chambers County Schools, Alabama - Closed Tuesday, Feb. 16
- Harris County Schools, Georgia - Delayed 2 hours Tuesday, Feb. 16
- Columbus Technical College, Georgia - Delayed opening at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16
