Is Kris Bernal, now a Cornerstone talent, doing a project with GMA-7?

Is Kris Bernal working with her former mother station, GMA-7?

Today, February 9, 2021, the former Kapuso contract artist posted a photo on her Instagram Stories that simply said, “No swab. No work.”

The geotag pinned on her story showed that she was inside the premises of GMA Network.

This was Kris' only post about her visit to GMA-7.

Kris' TV5 series Ate ng Ate Ko aired its final episode yesterday, February 8. It was her first regular project outside GMA-7 after her contract with the Kapuso network expired in March 2020.

KRIS: FROM GMA-7 TO CORNERSTONE

She had been a Kapuso since 2006, after winning the Ultimate Love Team title with Mart Escudero in StarStruck: The Next Level.

In September 2020, she revealed scouting for a new manager because GMA Artist Center decided not to renew her contract.

She then appeared in TV5 shows Chika BESH, Sunday Noontime Live, and Lunch Out Loud.

Kris also top-billed the weekly series Ate ng Ate Ko, and was also able to do guest appearances in GMA Public Affairs’ drama anthologies Tadhana and Wish Ko Lang, and in the Kapuso variety show All-Out Sundays.

In November 2020, Kris signed up with Cornerstone Entertainment, headed by Erickson Raymundo.
