BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WDVM) -- Baltimore County Police found the bodies of two dead children during a traffic stop on Wednesday evening.
Police said that the stop happened just after 11 p.m. on Eastern Boulevard near Wagners Lane in Essex. Their bodies were taken to the Officer of the Chief Medical Examiner and the driver was taken into custody.
Detectives are still investigating this incident.
