Miss Planet International 2022 hindi tuloy ngayong Nobyembre

Hindi na matutuloy ang Miss Planet International 2022 sa November 19, sa halip ay sa isang taon na ito gaganapin, sa January 2023!

At hindi na rin sa Uganda (sa Speke Resort, Kampala) ang venue ng naturang beauty pageant kundi magaganap na ito sa bansang Cambodia!

Ito ang inanunsyo ng national director ng Miss Planet Uganda na si Monica Akech kahapon, November 14 sa Facebook page ng naturang pageant.

Una rito, noong November 12 ay nag-announce sila na tuloy pa rin ang contest kahit marami na ang nag-backout, kasama na ang kandidata ng Pilipinas na si Herlene Budol, dahil diumano sa mga aberya at problema na kaakibat ng pageant

Pero ang latest update nga, next year na ang pageant, base na rin sa kanilang Facebook post…

“On behalf of our Miss Planet International Organization we are announcing the postponement of our worldwide competition that would be held in Uganda on November 19th, 2022.

“We regret to inform that the Finals and Preliminary competitions won’t be held due to the Host Organizers failed to comply and meet the requirements for the realization of the events.

“Miss Planet International 2022 moves forward and it will be held in the Kingdom of Cambodia in January 2023.

“We would like to express our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused.”
