COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- Surprise, surprise, we had another hot afternoon. Temperatures rose into the mid 90s, but those feel like values were in the triple digits. The clouds have backed off, leaving us with clear skies for the rest of the weekend.

Sunday's temperatures will once again be in the mid to upper 90s. However, less humidity will help feel like temperatures to be more tolerable. Clear skies will linger through the start of next week.

This frontal system that is stalled to our south will eventually move back to the north in the middle of the week. This means more storms in the forecast and more humidity. Showers and storms will be possible starting Wednesday afternoon and will linger through next weekend.

Actual temperatures will begin to cool starting Thursday. However, feel like temperatures will be back in the triple digits.
