COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- A great end to the weekend. Temperatures rose into the upper 70s, with a few 80s.
For the start of the week, temperatures will drop back into the 40s Monday morning. Highs will continue to trend warmer in the afternoon, rising into the lower 80s.
High pressure will remain dominant through midweek, meaning that temperatures will continue to warm. Readings will reach into the upper 80s Thursday.
A weak front Thursday will bring little relief for the weekend. Highs will remain in the 80s, lows in the upper 50s next weekend.
There will be little chance for rainfall in the extended forecast. So there is a chance that we could end the month with only one day of measurable rainfall.
