UPDATE: The lane blockage at the U.S. 80 ramp appears to be due to a semi-tanker that flipped over.
PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) -- A crash near an interstate ramp in Phenix City is causing a lane blockage on Wednesday morning, according to ALGO.
The wreck is at the U.S. 80 exit ramp and the Phenix City North Bypass.
