Sa Instagram Stories, ibinahagi ni Carla ang mga screenshot ng pakikipag-usap niya sa tumutulong sa kanyang real estate documents.

Mababasa sa ilang screenshot ang pakikipag-deal kay Carla na bababaan ang kanyang babayarang tax sa pamamagitan ng pagpapababa sa declared value ng kanyang bahay pero ibibigay niya ang 60% ng natipid niya o nakuhang discount dahil dito.
