First game ng Americans ang kontra Nicaragua sa Managua ngayong araw.
Nag-assemble ang USA Basketball ng 12-man lineup na inaasahang isasagupa sa anim na two-game windows hanggang March 2027.
Pagkatapos ng ‘away’ game, balik ng US ang Americans para i-host ang Nicaraguans din sa College Park sa Georgia sa Martes (araw sa Manila).
Kasama sa team ang mga beterano sa NBA na sina Brandon Knight, Torrey Craig, Kessler Edwards, MarJon Beauchamp, Kyle Guy, Nate Hinton at Javonte Smart.
Kukumpleto sa squad sina Pedro Bradshaw, Garrison Brooks, jaden Shackelford, Jeremiah Tilmon at Ryan Woolridge. Si Stephen Silas ang coach.
Pinakamahaba ang experience ni Knight sa NBA – 451 appearances.
Eighth pick ng Detroit noong 2011, naglaro ang 33-yer-old guard sa Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, Houston Rockets, Cleveland Cavalier at Dallas Mavericks noong 2021-22.
