Chef Elpi first established his own vegan resto in General Santos City in 2017. A year later, he found a way to make plant-based lechon belly.
His resto was a success until the pandemic shut it down.
Fortunately for him and for lechon belly lovers, Chef Elpi found a way to rebuild his vegan business in Manila.
