COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — We’ve got a beautiful start to our work week with plenty of sunshine and temperatures near average for this time of the year.
High pressure will keep us dry and calm over the next several days, the only difference will be that temperatures warm up each day. The 90s return the forecast by the middle to end of the week.
Our next chance for rain and storms will arrive on Friday with a few isolated showers and then the weekend with the best chance for showers and storms mainly north of Columbus.
So far for the month of May we have received 5.37 inches of rain, this puts up above average by 3.45 inches.
