The Miranda's Resthouse, the events place and family business that Neri Naig started three years ago, is now complete.
She first showed the property to her social-media followers in 2017, when it was still bare and walled in by wooden barriers.
Structures include a pavilon for events, a basketball court, a playground for children.
There is a swimming pool, as suggested by Neri's husband Chito Miranda.
The Miranda's Resthouse is Neri and Chito's first business venture together.
In Neri's YouTube channel, the former actress gives a look around the place, with her son Miggy leading the tour.
With the resthouse now finished, Neri sets her sights on her next project: a farm.
On Christmas day, Neri posted on Instagram: "Miranda's Farm naman na ang next!
"Work lang nang work tapos ipon then invest. Walang madali, walang mabilisang success, lahat pinaghihirapan at pinagtatiyagaan, pero tamang attitude lang at tamang paghandle ng pera, makukuha mo lahat ng minimithi mo."
She reminded: "Manalangin palagi kay Lord. Magfocus ka lang sa sarili mo, sa pamilya mo, at sa goal mo. Never doubt yourself. Kayang-kaya mo yan!
"Merry Christmaaaaas! Bago pumasok ang taong 2021, isulat na lahat ng goal mo sa life. Matutupad iyan. Naniniwala ako sa inyo na kaya niyo.
"Tandaan, walang imposible sa mga taong masisipag. Isaaaaaaang mahigpit at masayang yakap sa ating lahat!"
