(WKRG) -- Alabama Lt. Gov. Will Ainsworth is urging Governor Kay Ivey to lift the state's mask mandate.
In a statement posted to Twitter, Ainsworth said lifting the mandate would allow citizens and local officials the liberty to make the decisions that best fit their circumstances. The mandate is set to expire Friday, March 5.
