COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- A warmer day for the end of our weekend as highs reach into the lower 90s Sunday afternoon. Readings will continue to heat up over the next few days.
For your Monday, expect temperatures in the mid 70s tomorrow morning. While we will still see clear skies, humidity will move back into the forecast tomorrow afternoon. The extra humidity is being brought by a stalled out front just to our south.
This slow moving front will bring a slight possibility of pop up showers Tuesday afternoon, but most areas will remain dry until the end of the week. Afternoon highs will reach into the upper 90s by Wednesday.
A cold front arriving this weekend will bring much needed rainfall to the southeast. Showers and storms will be possible starting Thursday and will continue throughout next weekend.
