Swak sa piitan ang 26-anyos na lalaki matapos mag-amok habang may hawak na sumpak sa Quezon City, ayon sa ulat kahapon.

Kinilala ni Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, P/Col. Melecio M Buslig, ang suspek na si alyas Moreno, 26, residente ng Brgy. Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Sa ulat ni Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) chief, P/Lt. Col. Aljun Belista, nakatanggap sila ng tawag na isang lasing ang nagwawala sa nasabing barangay habang may hawak na improvised tubular firearm o sumpak na nagdulot ng takot sa mga residente at mga dumadaan.

Agad na rumesponde ang mga operatiba at pagdating doon ay naaktuhan ang suspek na nagwawala kaya tinangka nila itong pakalmahin subalit nanlaban pa umano ito dahhilan upang arestuhin.

Nasamsam mula sa suspek ang sumpak, 2 piraso ng 12 gauge shotgun live ammunition, at sling bag.

Nabatid na may mga kasong robbery ang suspek noong Hulyo 2015 at Mayo 2021; homicide noong Hulyo 2021; alarms and scandals; R.A. 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at Art. 151 ng Revised Penal Code (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority or the Agents of such Person) noong Pebrero 2024.
