VP Sara ikakasa legal team ni Digong bago bumalik sa `Pinas

Inihayag ni Vice President Sara Duterte na hinihiling ng kanyang ama na si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na bumalik na siya ng Pilipinas.

Kasunod ito ng kanilang pag-uusap matapos ang pagharap ng dating pangulo sa International Criminal Court (ICC) sa The Hague, Netherlands nitong Marso 14.

Ayon sa Bise Presidente, ilang beses siyang sinabihan ng ama na huwag iwan ang Pilipinas.

“When we talked, as a request, he asked me to go home. He repeatedly said, ‘Do not leave the country. Do not leave the Philippines’,” wika ni VP Sara.

Ngunit hindi umano siya aalis ng basta na lamang iiwanan ang dating pangulo.

“And so, I told him na, ‘I know, I understand that’ and I do not want to be here as well. Unfortunately, I am the one who has a Schengen visa and I am the only one with a lawyer,” paliwanag ni VP Sara.

“I told him that when we are able to meet with the legal team, then I will immediately return home and do my work,” dagdag pa ng Bise Presidente. (Angelica Mallilin)
